Over two decades of excellence, milestones, and recognition in powering Timor Leste’s growth.
ETO was the pioneer in establishing the first independent fuel station in Dili, Timor Leste. What started as a modest station has since evolved into a robust operation with the development of a state-of-the-art fuel depot and storage terminal in Hera, boasting a capacity of 9.2 million liters. This strategic expansion supports the nation’s growing demand for energy security and development.
In 2006, ETO broadened its horizons beyond fuel, venturing into civil construction, property development, natural water distilling, and paid television services. Over the years, we have continued to diversify into key sectors that generate employment, foster innovation, and accelerate Timor Leste’s economic growth.
